Payments and shipping in your SYLS store
Configure payment and delivery options around the countries and customers you serve. The SYLS subscription payment and the payments your customers make in your store are separate processes.
Paying for your SYLS subscription
SYLS uses Stripe Checkout for subscription payments. After payment confirmation, store setup begins and you can follow its status in your SYLS account. This does not automatically configure payment processing for your store customers.
Taking payments from customers
The store supports payment integrations with Stripe, Przelewy24 and PayPal, subject to configuration and the provider's requirements. You need the appropriate merchant account and credentials. Available methods and fees depend on the provider, country, currency and your agreement with that provider.
Before launch, check a successful payment, a failed or cancelled payment and the resulting order status. Confirm which methods work for your intended countries and currencies. SYLS does not charge its own sales commission; payment providers may charge separate fees.
Shipping options and rules
START includes manually configured delivery methods and costs, including courier delivery and collection. Configure the countries you serve and any free-delivery threshold. Cash on delivery is a payment arrangement that must match the selected delivery method and carrier service.
GROWTH adds shipment tracking and shipping rules based on cart value, item count or category. A manually configured courier option does not book a shipment or generate a label. Courier broker, label, ERP and accounting integrations require a separate agreement and quote.
Before accepting orders
- Set the currency, payment methods and delivery countries.
- Check delivery costs for representative baskets and destinations.
- Confirm provider credentials and test settings before switching to live payments.
- Place a test order and check the total, order status and customer emails.
- Publish clear delivery and payment information for your customers.
