Operations Panel

The Operations panel groups tools that are not needed on day one but become important in regular order and catalogue work.

Operations in the store panel
Operations include reports, exports, product transfers, tracking, backup and service tools.

Order Export

Order export is used to work outside the panel, pass data to accounting, analyze sales or prepare reports for the store team. In GROWTH you can export:

  • orders as CSV;
  • orders as XLSX;
  • order items;
  • basic customer data needed for fulfilment;
  • order, payment and shipping statuses.

Before export, data can be narrowed by date, order status, payment status and shipping method.

Sales Report

The sales report helps answer:

  • how many orders were placed in a selected period;
  • what the sales value was;
  • which products and categories sell best;
  • how many orders are new, processing, shipped, completed or cancelled;
  • which payment and shipping methods are most common.
Sales report in Operations
The Operations report calculates sales by date range, statuses, payments, shipping and fulfilment.

Product Import And Export

Product transfer lets the seller prepare or update the catalogue with an XLSX file:

  1. Download the import template.
  2. Fill in products, prices, SKU, stock, categories and supported fields.
  3. Upload the file to the panel.
  4. Check the preview and validation report.
  5. Run the import only after reviewing the changes.

Import should be treated as an operational tool. For larger changes, create a backup before importing.

CSV and XLSX product transfer
Product transfer guides the seller through upload, validation, report and queued catalogue import or export.

Tracking And Statuses

In GROWTH, the store team can add a tracking number, tracking URL and carrier. When shipping an order, the system should:

  • save tracking in the order;
  • update fulfilment status;
  • add an event to history;
  • notify the customer when this option is enabled.
Orders with tracking
Order details combine customer data, items, documents, tracking and change history.

Compliance, SEO And Performance

The Compliance panel helps verify whether the store is ready for public sales and whether it has basic technical issues.

Compliance and performance in the store panel
Compliance shows SEO, sitemap, schema, accessibility, form labels, ARIA, cookies and cache status.

In GROWTH, regularly check:

  • sitemap and robots;
  • meta title and meta description;
  • canonical and Open Graph;
  • schema.org for product, reviews and store;
  • form field labels;
  • invalid ARIA attributes;
  • image CLS settings;
  • cache and asset settings exposed to the seller;
  • cookie banner and consents.

GA4, Cookies And Newsletter

GROWTH adds marketing areas that help measure the shop and collect consents:

  • GA4 and basic ecommerce events;
  • consent mode;
  • cookie banner;
  • newsletter consent in checkout;
  • newsletter consent CSV export.

Analytics should be enabled only after updating the privacy policy and cookie configuration.

2FA, Rate Limiting And Audit Log

GROWTH extends panel security:

  • the seller can enable 2FA for themselves and employees;
  • the technical superadmin should not be blocked by store-level 2FA enforcement;
  • checkout and forms can use rate limiting;
  • important panel actions are written to the audit log;
  • logins, registrations and activations can be audited.
2FA and store team
Team and security settings let the seller enable 2FA and control employee access.

Backup And Test Restore

In GROWTH, backup is part of operational work, especially before:

  • product import;
  • larger price changes;
  • clearing demo data;
  • catalogue structure updates;
  • test restore.

A test restore should create a separate test container or isolated environment so it does not overwrite the live shop.
