Store documentation

This documentation is for sellers and store team members who work in the store panel, manage products, orders, customers, content, settings and sales processes.

Packages are cumulative:

  • GROWTH includes everything from START;
  • PRO includes everything from START and GROWTH;
  • changing a package unlocks features in the same shop, without moving data to another installation;
  • downgrading does not delete data created by higher-package features, but it may hide the UI and block actions outside the active package.

Choose Package Documentation

START Package

Core store workflow: storefront, catalogue, product page, variants, add-ons, cart, checkout, customer account, orders, customers, reviews, settings, demo data, team members, backups and launch preparation.

GROWTH Package

Everything from START plus operations, exports, reports, product imports, tracking, extended backup testing, compliance, SEO, sitemap, GA4, cookies, newsletter consent, 2FA, rate limiting and audit log.

PRO Package

Everything from START and GROWTH plus fulfilment partners, split fulfilment, fulfilment statuses, partner panel, product personalization, private customer files, design approval and file access audit.

The store dashboard gives a quick view of orders, tasks, inventory alerts, reviews and sales indicators.
Store settings in the seller panel
Store settings group company data, appearance, payments, shipping, SEO, cache and package features.

Quick Start

  1. Sign in to the store panel at https://your-shop.syls.eu/admin.
  2. Check the active store package.
  3. Open the documentation for that package.
  4. Fill in company details, contact data, currency, shipping, payments, legal pages and footer.
  5. Add or import products.
  6. Place a test order.
  7. Verify transactional e-mails, documents, customer account and order status.
  8. Before launch, create a backup and complete the checklist for the active package.
